There were no growth opportunities. No leave days. I was told that 2 thousand from my small salary of 6k was to be filed as tax. I left the company is 2014. 8 years later I received in my ITR that mallemalla have paid me my salary in 2022

Dislikes

No job training. Openly sexist place. The day I left I was told they were glad I chose to leave because this company was not a place for women. No chance of appraisal or growth. There's a culture of addressing people as Sir. The manager got really angry because I addressed him by his first name and he even told my colleague about this. There was a pattern of back biting. Not at all professional.
