...ny because those remarks would be extremely personal, disheartening and hurtful. Please avoid this company even if it hires you for a salary which would be tempting for you. Please, avoid it, there are a lot of better companies with better managers and directors who wouldn't make unnecessary and derogatory comments and wouldn't constantly question your capabilities based on a few mistakes. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Very big company. And so many facilities like holidays. 28 leave cards .

Salary structure is very low. We did not get bonus after submitting resign letter and after getting gratuity. They promised us that they will provide our pending bonus at the correct time. But still we did not get that.

...ot of politics and favoritism. As an Employee what you expect from a Company? 1. A decent Salary 2. Acknowledgement 3. Growth. You won't get any of the above. Let me explain. 1. Being situated in Kolkata, the salary is low as per industrial standards. 2. If you are a skilled professional and employee who delivers then you will be loaded with work with no help provided. Yes, you will be learning a lot but with the low pay scale, the effort made won't be worth it. Coming to acknowledgment. If you are working at HQ. Then you will find a large number of employees working there for 8 to 15 years @ the same position with their children working there too. Favoritism is done at the time of acknowledgment of employees with those few bunches. 3. Coming to Growth. As I mentioned earlier employee is working as an executive and manager for years without any promotion. So since the hierarchy is not moving upward you won't get any chance to climb the ladder of hierarchy. Coming to growth in case of salary, if you're a performer and a hard-working employee there will be no guarantee you will get a hike after a year working in Mallcom. But those children of existing workers will definitely receive a hike. At last, I would recommend you not to fall for the LTD tag of this company as the work culture is no ever near to this tag. Pvt Ltd companies are much better than this company.

Happy with the environment & the policies . Salary Credited on time without any excuse . A very active & supportive Team . Infrastructure and the monthly activities are very good .

To start- there is nothing to like in Mallcom! If you are unemployed and need money before you find a real job, you can choose this company in cade you are left with no other choice on Earth! But if you had are inefficient with zero job knowledge, zero working skills and with skills in office politics and you are a sycophant you are th best fit here. This company's foundation lays on three pillar- flattery, nepotism and politics.

Starting with the long list of dislikes , 1)it has very low salary standards (refer.naukri insights) 2) Growth and acknowledgement are missing words in their dictionary 3) Unprofessional work environment, gossip gangs,flirty conversations, high pitch screams, will shock you initially 4) Equal pay and opportunities lack , a complete gender based approach is followed. A woman here gets roses and chance to appear on fake social media celebrating women's day but lacks proper respect, equal pay or projects treating them as second class citizen with embarrasing comments. 5) Executives are sometimes treated as office peon to bring food at manager's table, carrying print outs to table. Managers usually steal their ideas/work/ projects to balance their incompetency 6) Sons/Daughters of existing employees enjoy special privileges here(refer. social media) with double promotion and high salary less than a year.
