Malla reddy College of Engineering and technology is a part of Malla Reddy Group of Institutions, Hyderabad. The Chairman, Sri Ch. Malla reddy garu, Honorable Minister, Telangana Government is a highly ambitious and inspirational person with a clear Vision and Misson. The college functions under the inspiring Leadership of Principal Dr. VSK Reddy, (Ph.D IIT Kharagpur) who is a very good administrator as well as academician. He owns the charm and every employee under him looks forward to work irrespective of timing. There are other inspiring leaders like Academic Dean Dr. M. Murali Krishna, AO Dr. Rajeshwar Reddy. The management takes care of every individual employee in its own beautiful way. Employees are encouraged in all aspects and the work-life balance is excellent.

There are very limited negative factors when its related to college. The only one which I felt was the distance and time for commuting from home to college.
