I don't want to write here because I dislike this company.

...ueries for the same they replied that only vacant is there so you are appointed. No casual leave within 1 year and no increment after one year if you take leave your salary will be deducted but they will not highlighted it in appointment letter. They will hire you from 13k-20k as a fresher. But in hand salary is very low. They give different basic salary in different month. You will not understand what is your actual salary is. They give your basic salary after deduction without details after they deduct pf and p tax and give your in hand salary. So don't be fool.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
