Only positive thing I myself find in Manorama is everyone will get there salary at right time without delay or dues

First aspect I dislike in Manorama is if you are a career oriented person it's not a place for you,there is no scope for improving your life or career, there is no proper working atmosphere all must work like machines with emotions or empathy and we will be under a pressure cooker squashing us to juices, and our upper level of authority consist of people's with uncivilized ideas and hypocrisy

...ia company only focused on profits and will never give value to their employees. Only thing positive is providing salary on time. PS: from my own experience.

There is no boundary for creative ideas for work. Also they pay you an handsome salary.

Dislikes

They show you politeness on your face but behind your back no one knows who complaining with no reasons about you in front of companies head. Which leads you to end up your job.

Current project I have full authority to make changes. On time salary Sat off Brand name Overall okay

Decisions takes time to implement. No WFH. Job security for some of the projects are low. If we initiate any work we have to do it alone no support is given

Excellent Company .Good work culture .After 6 pm we have peace of life at home.

As it was my second job when me enter package was less .So increments were not at all effective .we need to come in Manorama after 30 years only.Promotions are too long .I got only two promotions.
