Role & responsibilities

Our sales professionals focus on telesales presentations as they provide our clients an opportunity to know about Matrimonial Registration Services & value addition can bring to their Families. This position allows you to build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. Our top sales professionals are passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity. The role will involve managing direct sales force under him, increasing the productivity level, & overall efficiency of the sales team and ensuring target achievement as per the defined targets.

1- The position holder will be managing a team of 35-50 telesales Agents, and 2 Asst Team Leaders.

2- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.

3- Accurately plan, forecast and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets from the assigned set of clients.

4- Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures.

5- It requires him to Visit our Retail Stores (Need based Visit) to improve sales at Retail Outlets.

6- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.

7- To ensure systematic follow-up with the clients ,to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

8- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Range: 7 - 15 years

Leadership Exp on Papers: 5+ Years(min team size 35+)

Salary : Upto 9 Lacs per Annum (based on last drawn and Interview Performance)

Willing to Work from : Egmore Chennai( 20-30% travel involved across Chennai Retail outlets)

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
