Yes, some minor dislikes we r facing. regard After store closing we r spending unnecessary time with out issues.and HR related information we don't know properly and Briefly.other than all r good.
-ASH is like a supervisor. You need to take care of the smooth working of the store.
-Pressure is very less in compared to other retail industries or jewellery stores.
-A good working atmosphere.
-Zero ego superiors.

-Salary appraisal is pathetic. New roles and designation will be given, but not in pay.
-Incentive is pathetic in comparison to the profit that we are making to the company.
Partiality between South Indian/ North Indian Staff. Rules and Regulations are completely changed when a South Indian involves in against the rules of malabar. Provident Fund facilities changes between employee to employees. Provident Fund facilities not given every employees. Only South Indian staff hired for the accounts department in Malabar.
