Salary and incentives are good and on time. You get paid leave, Profit linked incentives and every year a Rs 2500 for group trip. You will get training in every three months.

Dislikes

You will be fired anytime for any reason or no reason. Increment is very less. No personal life. No fixed hour working. For leaves you have to beg. Few staff will keep giving your negative feedback to the management. Even if you left or fired or terminated from the company and try to join any other brand they will give negative feedback to them so you can't join them also. Company is good but the management is really poor. HR can't help if your store director don't want you. In simple words i don't recommend you to join this brand and if still you do, try to stay away from negative people

Good place to work. They provide good security to the staffs especially for girls. We are having good friends there. Policies are better than other jewelleries.

Heavy timings, they should try to provide good food. Given salary is not enough for that work.

...rm (Malabar jewelry) teammates are supportive and the management is Transparent. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

- salary is very low - hike is really bad - don’t trust a word talent acquisition team saying - probation is for a year - 6 day for working - HR make people write apology letters for wearing round neck tshirt to office. - Fine for wasting food - HR warning for loose dress, tight dress, leggings, jeans etc - Culturally still in 90s
