super dirty politics ! if you want to grow carrier choose another instead of this company ! 1) you all engineers are welcome for 3,4 or max 6month only! 2)even owner will motivate you like "you have bright future, stable job ,no one will throw you from company , we are thinking high increment for you but when time comes they put accidently put problems & complaint against you for a reason not hike salary, this is only their sweet & poison talk meanwhile they are technical persons! 3) no new skill level engineers continued their carrier due to their dirty politics, all departmental supervisors are uneducated "excluding 1 department" . so they do not want to lose their job because they don't have degree, they will try to push out company in any way, even you will not know that game has been played against you ! 4) They dumped me like dustbin in this covid 19 situations, like dont come from tomorrow, so finally there is no future , no carrier , no growth , please my humble request is find another option, it looks like amazing outside , but not from inside , find amazing from inside rather than outside! no value of engineers there! thanks & regards!
