Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Posting this on behalf of my brother who was working in this pathetic organization but not received salary for the last few months. He is chasing the HR for the salary but HR is saying don't call him for salary as company will pay the salary.

In this company job security is ever age and so many pressure of valueless or unnecessary workload which has no important in field and the management has no support at any and their policies are very poor like no job security, no increment and workload is more also no growth since last 4 years
