Its a unic company. Directors & MD very heart full persons. Colleagues are wonderfull.

Dislikes

Some seniors are thinking this is there company. They dominate all. If you oiling them you are good nither you are bad. Lobby is main things. Performance not calculated.. Yes Sir and oiling is only way to increase your benifits.

Everything is volatile here, management staffs are busy on maintaining their show off & arrogancy. Lobby is in place, started most incompetent seniors staffs. Oiling them is the only key for salary growth & sustain. Your demerits will be counted only in the name of performance and your hard work will be converted to boss's appreciation. It does not matter how much effort you are giving, an average increment will be provided which is equivalent to those NPA, believes in oiling & grouping...
