Purchase department is really good atmosphere to work and HOD is not the good leader and he behave like boss all the time not leader...... Company policy: Take employee who are from the lower middle class who can't fight for anything, And make 3 year bond with 2 lakh penalty even though it is illegal, and get maximum work by showing that 3 year Bond. 2. HR policy :HR department is only for getting signature in 3 years Bond and threaten the employees. 3. Senior employees: Don't allow anyone to grow further, and do No 1 politics. 4. Worst Department: Customer Relations Management. If anyone wants to make a proper career path, please don't join here
