There is not a single thing that I could like about Major Kalshi Classes. I worked there for 6-8 months and I started my search for a new job since the day I joined this pathetic organization. This is neither good for employees nor students ( customer)

...hi Classes. Some of the most pathetic things about this coaching / organisation. 1 They pay you salary after 1 month of due date. Eg - you joined on 1st jan, due date 31st jan and you will be paid on 1st march for the month of January. 2 Disrespectful director and all the senior employees. 3 No proper dining area, no arrangements for basic necessities ( water, tea) 4 No proper leave policy, 6 days week, 10 hr shift, no proper lunch or tea breaks 5 They treat you as labourers and not employees. 6 Not even a single casual leave 7 They pay you salary in cash, no offer letter, no proper salary slip, and no relieving certificate. They basically have all the ways to spoil your career.

Management is very Abusive. No work-life balance, 7 am -7 pm long hours. The company does not have policies.

Dislikes

Long hours, no leaves benefits, management shouts at their top of the voice, salary is always given from 18 - 21 day of the month. Deducts salary of 14 days on the pretext of training period. No positive environment.

My experience was very terrible, they don't pay my 4 month of salary which is approx 1.5 lakh. I am asking for payment daily but they do not think about it. I got very disappointed by Major Kalshi Classes. They only wants to earn money from the students. And do not know to pay their employee.
