No career growth, no learning ( if you wanted to learn and your HOD doesn't like you bcoz you don't do chamcha Giri of her and you don't involve in offical jhols you will not be able to learn anything nor your salary will get increased). Below par salary, it's a family run organisation with benefits enjoyed only by their fav people. VM & RM are married so they run the show in collaboration with too management. All the major top management are married or linked so no other deserving candidates can move ahead but can be moved out according to their whims and fancies.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
