Nothing to like in this company. Builder appoints his relatives for the " SITE MANAGER " post to watch on all the staffs on the site and for the head office. No yeraly bonus. No holidays even for the National holidays like Independence day, Dushera, etc. To much internal politics, everyone is here to pull out one others leg. Company is basically created to grow Builder's families & relatives. Not for the staff.

Joining this company was the worst decision ever. No work culture only donky work doing here. No HR policies.No construction, quality policy, no safety policy, policies only on documents only.

... to work in. Just looks good on the outside. Instead company is the worst place. No PF, No mediclam policy, no bonus.

3rd class management,no HR policy, no skill development,no work life balance.Use Chip and 3rd class material and management want high quality.no proper planning but want kal ke kal chiye.director appoint reletive as a site manager position that person role only wrong reporting to management.please read all negative feedback then join company.
