Work life balance is good depending on the project assigned to you. Now they have permanent work from home which is very helpful nd good.

Salary and hikes are not very good. There are Politics to some extent. However that has changed over the years with Thoma Bravo taking over.

During covid-19 situation, the company provided work from home facility to all its employees, and regular compensation of 2000 rupess for every one working from home. Have provided update of providing laptops to all its employees working from home. And importantly will not open their office till June 2021 amid this pandemic crisis

Nothing to dislike as such, it is treating their employees same as other companies do,but after merging with Thoma Bravo, they started to lay off some employees for cost cutting and its a crunch situation for some
