Basic salary components pay very less than other. Basic salary components shuld be more so which get more benifits for employee PF contribution . PF contribution of company is less because of less basic salary

Work life balance depends on the project you are working in Emoloyee friendly policies,flexible working hours.

Salary hike is less Micromanagement exists Also coordination is less and people most of the time won't entertain you.

...ops only 3 laptops in a team of 20 people is provided which is very bad ratio. No hike even if companies profits released were so high and all higher management expect 0 defect count for support activity when growth in terms of package is 0 Company appraisal cycle is too much demanding from resource and in return the growth is 0 from last 2 years 19-20 and now growth in 21 will be effective from July 2021 which again another half year delay.

Dislikes

Surprise increments of few people who are in continuous contact with higher management without any incrememt cycle.

Salary is very good and some projects are really interesting to work on . The training they give is really useful for the job and clients are very friendly

Dislikes

Here are my following points: . Work life balance is horrible you have to work all 7 days even Sundays . Taking holidays are also not allowed even if it is a sickleave . Even if you are a hardworking employee you will get fired without any concrete reason . Sleepless nights , useless products, a lot of pressure from clients teammates . People working at higher positions do not talk professionally they swear a lot on employees if a task is not done they swear so much it is unbearable. . Job security is not ensured you can get fired anytime. My conclusion is that please think before joining such a company . Also even your teammates also treat you so badly by assigning their work on you to save themselves from getting fired.

Work life balance could be better. Shared resources across multiple projects. Apart from yearly increment, please also provide additional bonus on the basis of performance.
