Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good for beginners to get training in the packaging industry, then they can move to other professional enterprises

Dislikes

Minor management, is controlling the business there is no professionalism but high office politics

One man show. No culture, . No respect to the good people only who can spread butter nicely can work with but no voice. Everyone is under camera all the time . even a small mistake leades to the heavy punishment. Avg job grantee 6 months - 10 months. but yes who can adjust or survive for 2-3 yrs , can go longer.

Dislikes

work culture, one language only malayali at work place , the Chairman only listens to GM who never talk to anyone else so yr appraisal is in hand to GM, what is being fed to Chairman. Few pet spy are there so feedback depends upon the Spy who are very near to chairman.

It is stable and strong company in the field of Printing and Packaging. Started my career there and learnt a lot. Best mentors at my time, not sur about present. Agressive towards growth felt proud to be a part of Majan Printing.

Dislikes

Growth Opportunities are less as there are pre existent superiors glued to their positions.
