...recognize or provide opportunities for skilled and knowledgeable individuals. 3. Salary Delays: Salaries are consistently delayed, and employees rarely receive their pay on time. 4. Inadequate Compensation: The salary provided is far below industry standards and does not reflect the employee's skills or contributions. 5. Lack of Employment Proof: The company does not provide any official documentation, making it impossible to prove your association with them. 6. Toxic Work Environment: The office environment is dominated by ego-driven behavior, making it highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. 7. Poor Management: There is a complete absence of guidance or proper management, leaving employees without clear instructions or direction. 8. Misleading Internship Promises: Interns are promised a stipend of INR 10,000, but the company later refuses to pay, citing performance issues that are often unjustified. 9. No Training for Interns: Interns are given tasks on outdated and irrelevant technologies without any proper training, limiting their career growth prospects. 10. Excessive Work Pressure: Employees are expected to complete tasks requiring 4 days of effort in just 1 day. Failure to do so often results in public humiliation in front of colleagues. 11. No Leave Approval: Despite being promised 1 leave per month, leave requests, including sick leaves, are routinely denied, regardless of their legitimacy. 12. Rigid Work Hours: Office timings are strictly from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Arriving after 9:40 AM or leaving even a minute early at 6:29 PM results in a half-day salary deduction, regardless of the actual hours worked. 13. Mandatory Saturdays: Employees are required to work on Saturdays as well, with no additional benefits or compensations. 14. Cramped Workspace: The office lacks adequate seating arrangements, leading to extreme discomfort. Employees may even lose their jobs if new hires require space. 15. Inconvenient Sitting Arrangement: The workspace is so congested that using a keyboard and mouse comfortably becomes a challenge, severely impacting productivity. 16. Poor Internet and Systems: The company provides substandard internet connectivity and outdated computer systems, making it extremely difficult to work efficiently. 17. Egotistical Leadership: The CEO has an inflated ego with negligible knowledge of the industry. This results in prioritizing employees who engage in flattery over skilled professionals. The CEO often feels insecure around talented individuals, further devaluing their contributions.
