The only thing I like about this company is here whoever is close to Director's office, they only get promotion and hikes and other wise they don't even realise how other employees are doing there work.

Poor management. Salary Not on exact time. Boss and seniors scolds you in front of all employees. All the HR thinks they know everything. leave policy is very bad. very bad work culture. Not a employee/women friendly company.
