I like the freedom for improving the health of plant machinery as per the intent of top management. The capital required for new equipment or projects are well reviewed and sanctioned by management in a short time to avoid any delay.

Management is very much prudent & result oriented. You can develop yourself as well. We do all things logically here. Management is very passionate on Field Execution. I like to followed our ceo words and advices but the think is mostly people are never followed him properly..company invest to depend on them but they work casually..management is not good,not strict ,and not able to take action on them..

Hi gys according to my observation of working you should not be think to work in mythan ceramic.cause they are not followed any standarizaion,they don't have any system to work also if you want to improve your skill then you should go for the another refractory not in mcl..work environment is not so good in plant.
