This company is a lala company, without any structure or work life balance. They will cut your salary even if you leave 10 mins before completing 9 hours. The HR's will constantly pester you for breaks or leaves. Forced resignations . The founder of this company is himself confuse with the vision and doesnt value good loyal employees. If you want your mental health to be stable dont join here.

The pressure cooker has less pressure than this company. The manager is pressurized to do the task with less time, the tasks that need to be done in a week are pressurized and done it by 1/2 day. The manager only focuses on the bug count, and each must complete 5/6 bugs in a day irrespective of bug complexity. The same goes for the testers, pressure them to raise bugs and they are raising unnecessary bugs. Irrespective of the task with a high workload the developers need to test and find bugs and need to fix it, a minimum of two is required, and it's compulsory. There is a lack of management in the company There is no good team lead or architect to design and manage the team, without proper planning and structure, they doing something, the team is good and effective for development but the lack of management and database structure makes this place much worse for development. Even the team needs to work on Saturdays, there is no work-life balance in this company, Needs to work like a robot.No respect is given to the employees. On some days we need to work more than 12 hours to complete the tasks that much workload are given.

Great team, all team members are highly efficient. The team lead is experienced and the salary is always on time.

The vice president is not good. He sees employees as expendable and only cares about finding bugs. He pressures the testing team to raise bugs, and they report non-issues as bugs. He argues with developers about quality issues based solely on the number of bugs reported. Additionally, he expects tasks that normally take a week to be completed in a day and insists on testing the same day, disregarding any actual quality concerns. The current manager lacks the ability to effectively manage and instead focuses on another area of expertise. Overall, he pressures others to complete tasks without providing adequate management
