Dislikes

1.Product quality is effecting the reputation and increased sale and profitability to the organisation which is recovering from a sick unit status. 2.Rejections from customers are eroding the profit margins for better growth of mailam and so its employees growth as well. 3.Top management is very sceptical on placing trust and confidence in senior or middle management and there by frequent interruption in rescheduled manufacturing activities effecting the timely despatch against orders even effecting experienced employees service in organisation.
