Poor cross border culture Average salary Lack of technology. Everything requires to be done manually with no technology at all. The company is behind by almost 25+years in terms of their reporting tools. Lack of clarity amongst top leadership requires too much of do and re-do for trial and errors leading to waste of time and efforts. Poor work quality with no new learning’s at all. Work is too specific to company and is not accepted widely outside this organisation as the work here is too outdated.

Pathetic HR Team. Worst company to work for. They will try to hire you with more package and good JD, but you will understand its useless once you go there. Special Advice, Don't join this organization if you have alternative in hand

Location; Except Pune office all other locations office have good benefits and policies

Poor HR management at Pune Chinchwad office. Dirty politics played by JOJI PHILIPS, SHIBI MATTHEW AND MUKUND DIGHE. These 3 people from Pune HR department has literally ruined the Pune office with there dirty actions and policies.

Lot of politics specially in cad , plm team Rohan patil an jaychand jagatap are really bad peoples they plays lot of politics you will get hike only if you have good relations with them they only hired peoples which they known. You will not get hike by your talent never join this two teams you will get frustrate specially jaychant jagtap and rohan patil

Great teamwork - focus on improvements and innovations - not unduly stressed out and pressurised at work - good work atmosphere and better than industry average emoluments .

Dislikes

Too much centralised decision making at head office . Lack of opportunities / exposure for many to other global business units.
