For the salary and promotion point of view organisation is not good. Promotion is not easy, salary hike is very poor. Don't look for long run.

Extra growth like games cultural activities functions etc are held time to time and good environment for fresher to start. I am happy to be a part of this company. I learnt lots of things and experience for a start up carrier.

A great place to work. Provides a lot of trainings for free for which you have to pay a lot if you are going to conduct those trainings outside. Great working environment with helpful peoples from bottom to top level.

Salary may be the issue for those who retains in the company for long time.
