...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... market. In covid19 period are broke the bone of all industry and India economy.But MAFS TAKE a care of all OET and OE and Provide salary without detuction lockdown period. Used santizer every two hour Provide sanitizer in shop floor. Social distancing maintain in industry and buses. HR team is excellent they are managing the all situation.

There is not enough growth in many terms about salaries, skill development The salary is very low there as we are working in delhi/ncr we expect more.. and Many people got stuck in Other locations from GURGAON because of this pandemic so company Should support them not to pressurized them to Come urgent. that's all from my side..
