Employee satisfaction can be improved through strength of HR team No personal conect of HR team with plant employees. ( It not dislike it can be improved)

The atmosphere of working in mahle is too good you learn new things on every new day and seniors are very cooperative and technically strong

Nothing much i dislike about the company but the salary hike as per expectations are very low means company like mahle should give a good salary hike every year

Sports and cultural activities, Feelings like we are working in a family.

Pay and benefits are very poor for internal members. Whenever they recruit from outside, pay benefits are too much as compared to regular employee

Culture of the company is very good, Job security is excellent. Overall organisation is good

Dislikes

For the salary and promotion point of view organisation is not good. Promotion is not easy, salary hike is very poor. Don't look for long run.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
