When it comes to MAHLE ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or MAHLE HOLDING. This is even worse. HR and Leadership never connect at below. They make strategies. However leaders should understand that before making strategy they should know their team first. You will find high paid employees watching netflix all the time. In simple words. They treat employees with. NO RESPECT. NO PAY. Cheating. HR
