No clear vision, Plant in loss, They give unnecessary stress to all employees,Leaving office at time is a sin. Be careful while joining Noida Plant MATS. At time of exit they enjoy playing with employee careers. They are unable to bring plant in profit from decades but still want employee to do some magic & fill their pocket with bucks. Plant HR is useless. Though Anand Group is great, but coming to MAHLE Noida is terrible.

1. Growth of employees & salary structure is not good for soofloor employees. 2. Age limitation of internal IJP is not a better idea.

Company infrastructure, company people, Supporting colleagues.

Dislikes

No work from home facilities. People needs to take leaves in case of emergencies. If company starts providing laptops to Design Team, they can also work with more flexibility and give maximum output. Only there should not be any misuse of this facility. Need improvement in Canteen facilities.

Shift change 2 or 3 times in a single week & no fixed week off, because of this personal life is getting affected very badly. Higher management like production manager are not maintain a good behaviour with others.

All the people here interfere in each other's lives, force them, they interfere in other people's matters and throw people out, I just did not like this, the rest of the company is very good.
