HR management thinks that they have done a favour by hiring you. No facilities, No trainings. So you learn to things on your own.

Excellent place for an enthusiastic fresher to develop the skills. Work will be challenging. Nice colleagues. You will be valued if you prove yourself!

Sometimes work-life balance is a problem. Compensation is not that great.

Good place to learn things. Very good team and management, were very helpful at work. Very good environment to work. Organisation gives good opportunity to improve your skills and thoughts, especially for freshers. Appraisal is moderate and not bad.

Dislikes

Some times the project deadlines are very short. In some cases we can't maintain work-life balance, but this will be common in most of the organisations which we can't avoid in some circumstances.
