The thing I like about working is the way it gets done, any electric or non-electric We do this work together. If someone does not understand something then we explain it together. I like the maintenance work which we do at night like IDT testing, inverter testing, ICOG panel testing, switch yard work. And whatever work is done in the solar plant which improves the performance of the plant, all of them seem good.

Dislikes

All other facilities are good in Mahindra but I did not like the fact that salary does not increase For the last 2 years salary is increasing by 500/600 Salary increases by this much

Only one benefit is that salary getting on tome. Else No any perks or benefit.

Very poor office arrangement No such benefits Extremely poor IT infrastructure No backup gadget or accessories No IT support Extremely poor project deadline without doing any risk analysis Insufficient resources & Extremely pressure on employees for deadline

Working life balance. Trusting on employees what they are doing.

Dislikes

Earlier company culture was excellent slowly it's going on wrong track due to some bad hirings. Need improvemets in Learning and development part and HR part.
