...ed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

Hence I expected which will rectify after appraisal time but there is no decent salary hike as well as grade change during appraisal.
