Below average work life balance. Old employees salary is quite low in comparison to new joinees. Appraisal system not good. Appraisals results of april are declared in November. No job security nowadays.

The company is better to work here as fresher employee. Good to know new skills and develop career . New ideas are implemented here. opportunities are better . training needs are fulfilled by organisation.

I don't like the Mahindra Rural Housing Finance (MRHFL) Reason: I started January 8 this month's salary not credit in my account and February month salary just 6500 rupees worst behaviour HR department. I not relieved the company but company abscond my name, I facing big problem in my life intercaste marriage this the reason abscond my name, I called to HR department in my relieving letter HR is not giving my relieving letter, so many problems in this company🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
