salary is very less in mahindra and it doesn,t even update people work .nor does it increase their postion.

Good to work to improve skills team mates are very supportive and the management is transparent in this organization

There is no canteen facility in this organization and also salary is decent but career growth is low

As all aware of this situation under covid-19 company has good support, they give salary time to time even lockdown period and also support rejoin the duty after lockdown.Team members are supportive.Company also provide the facility (sanitization, Mask,Gloves, how to maintain social distance) prevent the covid-19 paramedic.

I have worked for around 4 years, in the initial stages the company provided good competition and facilities, and the overall learning was great and had lots of improvement in my career life

Dislikes

...e market and customer satisfaction was really not that good in the recent years. The salary was reduced before covid-19 due to company liability,and again redused during lockdown. During lockdown I was informed to resign as a part of layoffs. While so many other companies felt sympathy and have given lockdown period salary and extra benefits to its employees. Rivigo didn't bother to do any such actions. Even though I had worked from starting of the company and was one of the first 1000 employees the company had zero loyalty towards its employees.

...me town most of the times, and going to office is not an issue to most people. In covid got minimal salary, comparatively this is a good thing.

Dislikes

There is no Job security, Not got any appraisal which was due before covid began, as they said there was an economic crisis. There is no work life balance, calls and meeting starts from morning 5-6am and continues late night. Any times meeting are called. Do not get time to spend with family. Too much of work pressure all times and all days. Anytime you are asked to leave ur current work location and asked to relocate. During Covid, went out and worked on ground risking and still got heavy pay cuts, those who sat home n did nothing n those who worked on ground both got treated equal.
