Higher People Like Hub Manager and Cluster Manager, Do Not Respond To The Employees Problems, They Do Not Pay For Overtime, Harrasing and Assulting The Male Employees.

One of the best logistics environment i ever seen, In our cluster everyone were below 26 so imagine how will be the workplace look like. Management were very much supportive and flexible with our ideas, can learn everything for a logistics need u can gain experience here quickly and can apply for a much well reputed logistics firm.

...e is no proper infrastucture like, restrooms ,cafeteria, adequate chairs to sit. Salary is decent for a freshers bt for a 3 years experience guy it is bad. Appraisal is quite decent. Leave will be a problem for the guys beacause its 24/7 firm.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give Fair salary hike and bonus every year.

I am support rivigo in lockdown but company not give me salary so I quite the job

I single handedly look over the bilaspur branch. I completed delivery, pickup, pretty cash everything and what a got in return company give me a half salary it's very bad for me. In crucial condition I manage the whole branch and company, HR not understanding. I am lost my job. I want to join rivigo again but company promise me to give my old salary.

Very good environment and culture. The management is transparent. Company policies are good ,they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
