The work culture was good at the agents level.

...ism, no work life balance working hours extend as per the seniors no OT is paid. Since started working they paid salary less than the minimum wages act as we were in need no one questioned they just take it as benefit as there is no company in solapur. Toxic management which is affecting employees.

MIBS is resources provider, they hired for clients requirements and it is not permanent, only contract.

Work environment is fine but culture is not good at all. Company policies are good, salary hike and apprasials are nil.

Zero learning, nothing is new to work. Even a person may forget all the learnings from previous experience. Cannot get better opportunities because of lack of skill set as the learning is very bad.

No appraisal, no salary growth, fake promises to make sme or TL n I used to work till 10pm so that I can get appraisal. I worked for 2 and half years but dint felt like I will get growth even an after 5 years also coz of politics..
