* Excessive work pressure

The hr is for no use, if an employee is hated by branch manager, then he cannot survive, he has to bribe him for his living. The HR cannot do anything even if the candidate is potential

Lots of stress in marketing, Marketing doing job as sales person. No leadership support. No work life balance. Issues in full and final settlements. Marketing Manager had to put his money on Marketing activities. Reimbursement policy is poor. Marketing Budget policy poor.
Worst company culture, no policy at all, no work life balance.

...only join if you don't care about your health and family or dire in need of job. They don't value people and will even deduct your salary. Very long working hours.
