No work life balance. 2.No fix weekly off. 3.No National Holiday. 4.No fix out time every day it's till continuing 10:00 am to 09:00pm. 5.Manager are behaving very bad. 6.No Lunch Break For TME When you can't make 3 bookings before 02:30pm. 7. There is no Role of HR ...... Everything is depends on Branch Managers.

Company culture is good . Work culture is good . Salary is flexible but no specific timings for going home . The timings is 10:00 - 8:30 pm . Otherwise the company is good .

...hing to appreciate. Thay gave fake promises...nothing worked as per they said...salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities. Nothing was followed legally..complete cheating management, especially the HR.

Nobody followed professional ethics. They have fired a lot of good employees already, literally harassment on employees, no respect , no values and no offs, a irresponsible leadership.

Office dynamics are severely affected by rampant instances of detrimental team politics. 8. The existing work culture poses a formidable challenge that demands extreme urgent attention. 9. Collaboration and unity between teams urgently need improvement, as evidenced by reports of internal discord and negativity perpetuated by managers.
