* Excessive work pressure The predominant focus on meeting targets can create pressure leading to stressful work environment. Moreover resorting to alcohol as a means to appease to superiors is concerning and unhealthy. * Poor Work life balance The unpredictable nature of work hours and the expectation to be available at all times and makes achieving healthy work life balance challenging. Additionally being sent alone to out of the city just to grab a sale is additional cruelty * Misleading Policies - promises of benefits such as travel allowance are often contingent on meeting unrealistic targets. It gives additional disappointment. * Incentives Policies - It is designed in a manner that makes it more difficult for employees to earn their due incentives, undermining motivation and performance. * Leave Management - Managers tactics to prevent employees from taking leaves, especially by creating artificial obstacles related to the unmet targets, deprive individuals of their rightful time off and contribute to burnout. * No HR Hold & only Br Mgr dominance - The hr is for no use, if an employee is hated by branch manager, then he cannot survive, he has to bribe him for his living. The HR cannot do anything even if the candidate is potential Atleast DONT JOIN PITAMPURA BRANCH IN DELHI. And if anone wants proof of what IAm saying IAm ready to share screenshots.

Good thing is that salary is credited on time.

Dislikes

Seniors are not supportive,they mostly use abusive language while talking whether male or female (not as rough as they use for male) and gives cunning look as if they will eat you. It appears good in first 3 month of job but later you will suffocate in this environment
