Good Company, however detiriorated in standards overall. The salary packages are not so good, also growth and increment happens only if you are able to be on the top of politics

Nothing as such, yes but what MHRIL was 15 years ago, is not what it is today. It has grown in number, however detiriorated in standards, big time.

The corporate leadership works for the betterment of the organization by implementing new management and operational procedures.

Dislikes

A lot of delay in petty works, low compensation, exorbitant work hours without compensation, and no ownership for leaders to assist the junior employees.

They allowed me to have a fast track resignation. And payed my salary on time

1. Worst People Management 2. Manipulation of Audits ( HR related) No timings no offs 3. Job threats during COVID times 4. A company grows because of the down the line staff. Managers manage but staffs works. When the staffs never say that they are the one who make a company operate at break even or GOP then how a regional head can say this to their employees " Be grateful to the company which has no asked you to move out and still.paying the salary" note: If you get a position of manager in CM and executive in any other brand. Company is amazing, good work culture, but polictics is very much right from top, no job security.

Dislikes

Top officals are negative, no overtime pay, mahindra should transfer top officials every couple of years for better work culture, i lost my job just for no reason during covid pandemic, my mails are still with corporate no response from them only negative comments.

Very bad experience in club mahindra mussorie i was work there 1 year on 19 to 20 but between this i face more problem they missuse of employees company law 8 hours they works us 13,14 hours no off in week company gives best food menu for staff cafeteria for staff but they they made only regular dal rice chappati for staff, Senior level staff mangers not allow to eat in main kitchen by company rule but they daily eats. Gm daily order from main kitchen for her family like milk ,raw vegetables, rice ,wheat flour ,sugar ,salt ,chilly powder all necessary needs little to big items Missusing of company

Employee harassment, nothing growth no salary increase making staff to leave job
