The company's employee culture necessitates substantial improvements. 4. Feedback indicates glaring deficiencies in the food services provided. 5. Alarming concerns have been raised regarding the mistreatment of employees, demanding an immediate overhaul of workplace practices. 6. The demanding work hours and scheduling expectations for relationship managers demand thorough scrutiny and adjustment. 7. Office dynamics are severely affected by rampant instances of detrimental team politics. 8. The existing work culture poses a formidable challenge that demands extreme urgent attention. 9. ...st places to learn sales and marketing at the cost of sacrificing personal life. Good Incentives and pay outs.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good at all. Working hours are from morning 10 am to night 12 pm. Only 3 week offs in a month.

... threatened us to put money. I lost a lakh which I couldn’t retrieve. 7. So much of fake promises by the management to the employee in terms of salary, perks, customer Commitment etc., 8. If you want to be a real sales person my suggestion to avoid this company. 9. Timeshare is not for sales person. Fake,Fake and Fake. 10. I have gone through many sleepless nights because of this company. 11. If you want to earn money in a shorter note i would recommended this company. Strictly not for a person who is having passion on sales. Company screw both the customers and employees. Only they will look upon theirself.

... resorts.Maintenance cost is 14700 per year and membership cost is 4 to 8 lakhs.Totally waste of money no bookings and when you are pitching the package internally you know that client will not get the booking so how u can cheat to them.Timing are 11 to 9 pm.U will get leads away 70 kms U have to sell fake like sightseeing and pick up and drop is available but nothing is like that and only u have to handle the customer his complaints.So no need to work here.
