Many things i dislike about the company they dnt have any herrarcy system how to attend the new cumers.when i was joine the c.m i am faces so many problems over there e.g regarding the dress code i dnt knw about the schdule nd roles h r never told me about the formals they just said go back to home change nd then come back. 2thing they were never give week offs to our employees which is very negative nd bad thing. In c.m people are working 12 hrs in a day they were reached at 9.30 in the mrng and the managers will released them 9.00 at ngt... Nd 3 thing there is no tea or coffee arangement for their employees they hava a machine material which is very harmful for health.so many things was there that they want some improve itself....i cnt explain here.

High stress levels and long working hours, particularly in sales Dissatisfaction with the company's internal communication and lack of transparency. Limited work-life balance and expectations of being available more than work hours. Poor work-life balance, with long hours and working expected on holiday. Poor management and leadership, leading to unclear expectations and conflicting priorities

On time salary Nothing else… everything else is negative

- Work pressure You have to give a sale on daily basis which you cant since the product is a luxury product which no one needs. The managers will pressure you and make your day horrible if sale is not given - No work life balance You have to work 365 days. Regardless of the policies they have, your leave is in your manager hands which he will not give you. You get one day week off from monday-Thursday only for first 3 weeks, final week there is no off.. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working. Even during week off they will fix an appointment and ask you to go -incentives Everything is fake. They have so many eligibility criteria for getting eligible to get incentives. Good luck passing everything. Even if you get incentives they have clawback system where they take the incentives back from you if the customer leaves the membership plan which will obviously happen because of zero service provided to them. Basically you’ll get good incentives this month you’ll feel happy which will be taken back next month itself 😂 it’s rotational - Zero service They basically ask you to scam people, give so many false assurance to clients to covert them, even if you refuse to do these your manager will do and make you handle the client so in the end you will be trapped and debit will be initiated from your salary if the client escalates -Politics Constant work by managers to kick people out from the company, you need to be on their good side to get opportunities and save your job

pathetic work culture, if you are working with club Mahindra it means you don't have any other option, even managers are also very abusive and if you are complaining against him overall management is against you. no one care about forntliners. no weekoffs, no work timings
