Nothing, in short the worst company to work for EVER!!!!

Dislikes

The management works as if there is no value for the employees. Salary is cut without informing and Incentive is deducted even if the sale was 12 months old

... is concern is not sufficient to match up to basic living standards of Dubai, a office boy is getting equal salary equal to a sales person and to manager level post also there is marginal difference for travel and phone bills also you end up spending close to AED 1000/- it will be compensated required you do basic sales targets so ultimately if you dont achieve targets all travell expences are from your pockets no one will consider your hard work even you hav done some business unless untill minimum bench mark is not done it will be all charrity to the company,

Weather you are 5 year experience or a new fresher, management will pay same salary as a new person they say that you dont hav any past Dubai experience and when it comes to salary apprisal and all even you comes under Top performance graph it will not be sufficient hardly you will get a AED 100/- to 150/- hike ya you hav nore read it wrong its “hundred to one hundred and fifty AED only”, no mistakes in adding zeros,please thing more than 10times to join as here ypur salery would be lower enough that you cant sponser any dependent visa of your spouse or parests or it will not be enoigh to get you a credit card from any bank....

The demanding work hours and scheduling expectations for relationship managers demand thorough scrutiny and adjustment. 7. Office dynamics are severely affected by rampant instances of detrimental team politics. 8. The existing work culture poses a formidable challenge that demands extreme urgent attention. 9. Collaboration and unity between teams urgently need improvement, as evidenced by reports of internal discord and negativity perpetuated by managers.

* Excessive work pressure The predominant focus on meeting targets can create pressure leading to stressful work environment. Moreover resorting to alcohol as a means to appease to superiors is concerning and unhealthy. * Poor Work life balance The unpredictable nature of work hours and the expectation to be available at all times and makes achieving healthy work life balance challenging. Additionally being sent alone to out of the city just to grab a sale is additional cruelty * Misleading Policies - promises of benefits such as travel allowance are often contingent on meeting unrealistic targets. It gives additional disappointment. * Incentives Policies - It is designed in a manner that makes it more difficult for employees to earn their due incentives, undermining motivation and performance. * Leave Management - Managers tactics to prevent employees from taking leaves, especially by creating artificial obstacles related to the unmet targets, deprive individuals of their rightful time off and contribute to burnout. * No HR Hold & only Br Mgr dominance - The hr is for no use, if an employee is hated by branch manager, then he cannot survive, he has to bribe him for his living. The HR cannot do anything even if the candidate is potential Atleast DONT JOIN PITAMPURA BRANCH IN DELHI. And if anone wants proof of what IAm saying IAm ready to share screenshots.

Lots of stress in marketing, Marketing doing job as sales person. No leadership support. No work life balance. Issues in full and final settlements. Marketing Manager had to put his money on Marketing activities. Reimbursement policy is poor. Marketing Budget policy poor.
