Collaboration and unity between teams urgently need improvement, as evidenced by reports of internal discord and negativity perpetuated by managers.

...level people do not are i volved in the scams that happen in Mahindra Holidays .they take salary from Mahindra and work for DSa and Get Good Commission from them

...only join if you don't care about your health and family or dire in need of job. They don't value people and will even deduct your salary. Very long working hours.

Work culture is not good at all. Working hours are from morning 10 am to night 12 pm. Only 3 week offs in a month.

A decent salary with High Incentive structure( to get that incentive we need to reach so many clause )

... threatened us to put money. I lost a lakh which I couldn’t retrieve. 7. So much of fake promises by the management to the employee in terms of salary, perks, customer Commitment etc., 8. If you want to be a real sales person my suggestion to avoid this company. 9. Timeshare is not for sales person. Fake,Fake and Fake. 10. I have gone through many sleepless nights because of this company. 11. If you want to earn money in a shorter note i would recommended this company. Strictly not for a person who is having passion on sales. Company screw both the customers and employees. Only they will look upon theirself.
