NO FAIR APRRAISAL & PROMOTIONS TO THE EMPLOYEES. IN A VERY SMALL SALARY LOTS OF WORK TO THE EMPLOYEE...AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FAVOURTISM AND REFERENCES WORKS INSTEAD OF HARDWORK HERE...

I m working with this company since 17 years. There is well work life balance. Time to time new technology introduced by Co. And get trained by them. This Co. Is great place to work..

Accounts team are facing many more work load and getting only very lowest salary for lot of work.. Accounts team was facing working time on many days on 10 to 12 hours..but working time was 8 hours..and this company cannot give incentive are allowances and food for the extra timings...

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.
