I can't show my actual salary slip it's to difficult to identify how much am getting salary. Some times they ill add incentive but they are mention as RBMI . And I seen many seniors they have around 7years experience in same position.

They will never promote genuine employee never give a pay rise no bonus no grade change like a slave You can work there for 5+ years with the same salary even your managers will not support you for promotions and salary hike

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.
