...l process culture Low Level employees are being excluded from basic benefits. There is a capping system for salary of new hired employee, for example if someone is selected for cashier then their salary maximum can be CTC of 200000/- annul which very bad process even the post is OFFROLL. Like Other Companies hiring candidates with 25-30% of previous salary , this company not following same. Very Old Model of Work Culture. In Accounts Department - Different managers follows their own rules rather than Company policies. Politics & Employee harassment for Appraisal & Conformation was seen first time of My Career. Branch Infrastructure is not as per brand of Company. Overall work of Cashier Security Guard & Tele Caller & Cross Seller which are not in KRA. Growth is impossible if you will not perform other than KRA No Saturday off and Even from 4 Sunday you have to work for last Sunday and there will be no comp off for that working Sunday.

...MFSL is terrible. In the past 5 years from mar 2020 lots of dislikes happened i.e changes in salary stucture, poor increment, management changes, insecurity in job, etc.,

There is nothing to like in Mahindra finance.

Work culture is very bad.Office also open on Sunday, salary is very low,there is lack of corporate culture,company is understaff,there is no proper infrastructure.

There are no lines except some work life balance. That too is deteriorating offlate.

...ponent. It may or may not provide Performance Pay depending on many variables. New recruits be careful while negotiating salary. The HR will tell Performance Pay is assured and is paid almost certainly. Don't believe that. This is not true. Ask for increment on Fixed, not overall CTC. Just because they mention Performance Pay on offer letter CTC, there is no assurance, that they have to give you. Lots of politics and partiality over Performance. The company used to be good. Not anymore after 2019. HR is meaningless and can't help with anything. Off role employees (colleagues) were laid off with just 15 days salary. Not a professional organisation. Lots of Management issues.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and but they give low salary hike and but bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.
