No work life balance. Manager don't support. No hierarchy in Departmental structure. No helping hands. Unnecessary stress due to false urgencies created by superiors. Old 1947 Style work culture. No team work. Managers wants everything readymade.

Good medical policies.

Dislikes

Poor top management. Corporate politics No leaders to guide juniors. They ask you to join on FTC ( Fixed Term Contract) on Mahindras pay role which is a trap. Don’t fall prey to it. Later on they make you struggle to get on-roll. And if you have a sting reference then they will directly take you on roll. 1 year fixed term contract is extended for 3-4 years. Be cautious.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...and itself 2 month traning have in this organzation but job security little bit. in my experience career growth is average salary is constact till now. learning lots work environment is very good like work with team mates veri supportive and treating like as family and work come first rull.

Mahindra Have Good HR Policy but Plant HR Poor Implement in plant, CEO is Tribble and Miss use of his position and CEO Involve in Land Dealing scam and Concrete road in Chimbali land.
