The best thing in mahindra is the reward system, wherein you are actually get rewarded from small step of yours to giant works. I have served in Mahindra Research Valley as Assistant Manager and lived that period as the best period of my career and life. Mahindra always gives a wings to your soul as in its logo: RISE ; and you the life as: WE LIVE YOUNG WE LIVE FREE.

Competition in Mahindra is very high, so you always need to show your work and prove yourself, and cannot just pass time, if you wish to polish yourself up.

So I like I am an sarvice engineer. And it is very good post. In sarvice centre. I I leading two team technician. My work profile is diagnosis is vehicle by computer..and other critical technical work..

Not good salary. And not pey time to time. And not job security.

Good work environment and culture. Team Leaders Are Supportive and the management is transparent . Company policy is good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary not decent and carrer growth is very slow. I worked on 3 years . There is a bond of 2 years and 6 months before which cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees and opportunities

Freedom to take decision and support from managers for those decisions is the best thing available at organisation. Also no attendance punching policy is best, as it shows trust on employees.

Dislikes

No career growth. Poor compensation parity and policy both. No work life balance.
