Lot of concern gives you lot of opportunities, labs and testing facility is superb.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life balance is going to dead in mnm, you can't raise voice and if you raise voice hr and manager will stops giving work to you. Medical policy is worst. Employee can't prove how much he work, all power goes to managers hand.
